Was up with hte horses today, and finally remembered a camera. Not the best pictures--they knew I was there to feed them--so they wouldn't leave me alone in the hopes I'd hurry up and give them the food--because you know, they are starving with an entire bale of hay there they didn't even touch yet this afternoon *rolling eyes*

Lady is the chestnut, and the Mom..She's 18 years old. Bella is the black smaller horse, she's I believe 9 months old and is the daughter to Lady. They are Tennesse Walking Horses :)

Here's Bert, not sure what type of goat he is. He's a trouble maker--and Bellas best buddy. Those two are always causing some kind of trouble.

Another of Xena--one of the barn cats..she's 13 :)... She was hanging out in the rafters watching me feed the horses/goat.

I forgot to grab pictures of the little fainting goats. I'll grab some next time i'm up and its nice out.

Aw you're lucky to have space for horses & goat. That's one crafty cat, able to go all the way up to the beams! All of your farm animals are cute. Do you have sheep by any chance?

I am very lucky my boyfriends family lives on a farm ;). There are no sheep currently, just the 2 horses, 3 goats and a few barn cats... We've thought about getting sheep, but nothing firm yet(can't decide if we want to do sheep, or get more goats)-- we need to fix up the fencing on the pastures, and fix up the barn a bit yet before we add anymore critters.

You know Jason had Emus before I met him--he said they could be nasty creatures. Bird wise, I think we may be getting some Peacocks!

Yes peacocks! I saw a white peacock once and it was gorgeous!!! See if Jason feels like a kangaroo! Those are cute too lol!

Get more goats, you will be dissapointed in the sheep since you have had goats, they are very different.

I had a peacock, and my grandmother has had them longer than I have been alive. Their call is annoying, but if you do not live there they are pretty to watch. Personally, I like my turkey the best out of farm birds. I had 2 hens and a tom, but now I'm down to one hen:

Nice Megs...I wish I lived on a farm. I want alpacas, but i think the zoning laws in suburbia prohibit them...*sigh*
