I've been super busy lately and have not been on, well, that's because I have 4 new rescues/surrenders.

First pair was supposed to be two females, both 6-8 months old, but they are male and female and I would guess brother and sister (I know there's no way to tell, but that's what it seems like). She said they had been together forever. They are about 400-450g each and were on walmart rabbit food, vanilla scented dust bath, annnnd get this, living in a 50gallon tank with a water bowl. This woman made me mad because she called me and basically said, "Give me $250 or they're going to the shelter/be let free." I had to date the check to this Saturday. I will probably be overdraft :(

The second pair was a surrender from a local petstore. They are two very sweet females. I really like them so far. They surrendered them for idk what reason, but it's good because they had celery and gerbil food. There was also so bright orange poo in the cage, but if it was theirs' it has gone away now.

Anyway, pray that the check goes through and that the female is not pregnant. Thanks guys.

I'm glad the chinnies found you! I hate to see you broke though. Maybe you can barrow some money till Sat to cover it. Enjoy spoiling your babies.

Good for you for taking in chins in need, but I have to comment on this.

Do you honestly think it is a good idea for you to be taking in chins as well as breeding if you don't have enough funds that you overdraft on $200? What if one of them needs veterinary care, how are you going to afford feed, and how are you going to afford to feed/take one of your previous chins to the vet if you don't have any money? What if one of the chins in your breeding needs an emergency c-section? The rescue female as well, especially because she is so small?

If you rescue, it is only responsible do so if you have enough funds to take care of the rescues, AS WELL AS your previous chins' care.

I have a secondary account that is actually part of my mom's bank account. It has about 2000 in it in case of emergency. It doesn't have checking though and my mom was at work. I get my paycheck tomorrow which should be for $500 or so, but I don't know if I will get it in time to deposit it. I have the money for my chins should they need it, just not in my regular account/bank.

Sometimes the money is not there...immediately :) Sounds like a lot of work you crazy girl! Post some pictures soon!
