My chin needs a birthday

He fits in the palm of my hand so that could help slightly

I like to pick the day I brought them home and then go back at least 6 months.

I just call Chilli's the day I brought him home- it's his homecoming day. We have had him and his stinker "brother" for just over 5 years.

I have a petstore chin. Instead of celebrating his birthday (because I don't know what it is), I celebrate his "homecoming" day (when he was first brought home).

most of my chins came to me from unknowing sources!
since both my golden retriever who passed away & my current doggie had the same birthday, i usually give all my pets the same day! lol
it's july 18th.
for instance the arlington chins we got, were probably about 5 or 6 months and that would put them being born around july or august! perfect. their birthday is now july 18th
and richie came to me in january about 5 years ago and he was about 6 months. perfect...july 18th.
i got zucca in july, he was about 1 year old maybe 2, know one knows, but perfect july 18th!
so that is my go to day.

I was told the month of my chins birth (but not even sure that's accurate) so I used the date (the 12th) that I got them, but in their month as their b-day. But in general, we celebrate both birthdays and Gotcha Days! :HBwhistle:

We got Shell from Petsmart in December. So I went back 5 months and her birthday will be in July. Probably around the 18th since that is the day we brought her home. She's going to be 1 in a few short months. I was looking at pictures of her from when we first brought her home. She has gotten so BIG! I can't even remeber what is was like in our house before she came home with us. I love my little princess.
