I got my two babies from Kathiva, as she promised me, and my homo ebony male welcomed them with open paws. (he is the one that looks after recently weaned baby boys)

So, here they are:
Yoshi (white sapphire male)
Coco Jr (light/medium tan male)
and their babysitter Draighean (homo eb male, a real sweetie who loves everyone)

I am a happy chinnie mommy.

:dance3:

It is so hard to take pics of all three as they run around so much and want to eat my camera, lol!!
Draighean is 919 grams (homo ebony)...the babies make "squeaking sounds" to him thinking he is their mama, and he lets them snuggle him....soooooo cute!

Those pictures are super cute!
Coquito is as big as Yoshi, he was almost 300 grams at 6 weeks, now I believe he is going on 350 at 2 months old, and Yoshi weighs about the same, but he is about 3 months old now, sapphires tend to be smaller than most chins, but Coquito is such a chubby baby, most of my babies have been over 200 grams at 6 weeks, and Coquito has been the biggest one, just wondering how he is going to turn like when he gets older since his tail is quite dark compared to his body.

Since when did quarantine become 30 seconds and when did we start just tossing chinchillas together? *sigh*

I think because these babies had been in my herd for at least 3 months and not shown any signs of illness, so maybe that's why she decided to introduce the chins right away, I believe it would make more sense to do a quarantine when you get a chin shipped to you from another city and you don't know how that chin was looking before, but in this case, Kiki had come to visit the babies very often and she knew how they were doing before going to her home. I don't know, but that's what I think, maybe it was another reason, but I don't know what would your opinion be on to when there is a need to do a quarantine or not or if you are supposed to do it at all times no matter what.

Thanks everyone, yes they are very adorable...
The parents of the babies came from me......
I had sold Kathiva my sapphire pair (white sc male and sapphire female) and
COCO SR is from me also)

They are adorable together. Draighean is very special, not your average chin. Although I watched all three all day long to make sure they got along there was never any sign of aggressiveness, although baby Coco who is the youngest, tried the "dominance thing" with 919 gram Draighean for a bit, lol!
