Ebony white was born two days ago. The mosaic is going for the world's smallest mop competition. She's really putting out some fur and she's only 10 days old.

Anyone else have long furred babies?

Really cute! I have had a little tan guy that was long furred like that. I sold him as a kit so I don't know if his fur remained that way.

Yeah.. I've got three that have long fur like that. Drives me nuts because it is going every which way-makes them look soo goofy. I am sure they will grow out nice though.

I have a pair that always produces babies with long fur. When they get their adult coats though it comes in at a more normal length and is always thick and plushy.

Marble's fur was long like that when he was a little baby and he's a mosaic too. His fur grew out normally but he does look fluffier to me than my other one did but then again it's probably his lighter color that makes him appear fluffier. Your babies are very cute though.
