Mazuri rabbit

My chinchillas need food and all the stinky pet store has is mazuri rabbit. i know chins can have panr which is rabbit but i dont know about mazuri rabbit

please help

so i have given them hay cubes for the night

I don't think that is the same. I get Oxbow Chinchilla Deluxe from petsmart (I check the dates). There are 8 petsmarts within 20 miles of you. If nothing else, come down to Dallas this weekend and stock up on supplies. Or I can ship you some. They sell Mazuri chinchilla here, too. What are they eating now?

They will be okay on hay for a day or two. Do not feed them a different brand of food than they are used to if you don't absolutley have to.

they used to eat panr, so i should get oxbow delux. the problem is i was stupid and waited to long and there out of mazuri and i wanted to switch them from panr to mazuri cause panr is hard to find here

You want to be careful doing constant food switches. You're going to end up messing up their digestive tracts. Pick one food, get enough of a supply in so you don't run out, and use it.

Next time, check your food supply. When you run low, buy more before you run out. Hay cubes as a treat are fine, but it's not going to hold them. Loose hay would be a better choice.

ok. the people said they could have mazuri rabbit but i dont trust them. they always have tons of rabbit food though
