maybe i'm over reacting but I swear one of my chins is passing gas

it sounds like it ! i hear it every so often

they are always cuddled together so i dont know which one is passing the gas

it has me worried that maybe i'm giving them something bad to eat that is resulting in passing gas

this is what they are eating

mazuri
unlimited amount of timothy hay (plain)
apple sticks
cactus log
loofah (can this be unlimited?)
water
rose hips

As far as I'm aware, they cannot pass gas - this is the reason that bloat is so deadly, they fill up with gas and cannot pass it to get rid of it.

I guess you're hearing something else.

They can fart, they can't burp. The problem with gas is without treatment it stays in the stomach and cecum and with the digestive tract SOOO long it takes forever it seems to get to the anus. Its why we massage the belly during bloat, to try to work the gas down and out-you can hear them fart when doing this is in a quiet room.

i was touching his belly last night doesn't seem bloated
but i swear i hear smth like human fartting but like a super tiny version

if i go massage his tummy for just incase would there be any side effects?

The gas problem is correcting itself since the gas is being heard, the problem is when the gas is up high in the cecum and stomach and is working itself down to the anus.

Not really, simethicone really only works in the cecum and stomach it has little effect when the gas gets low.
