May I use pictures of you chinchilla(s) for a number of projects I'm doing? One of which is a website to inform people about Chinchillas and their care. I will probably pm a number of you in the immiediate soon time about certain pictures.

The less important part of the post.

I recently lost one of my chinchillas, Sasha, to her original owner. I spent the last year sociallizing this beautiful chin who would cack the moment you walked up into the cage to a cuddle muffin who likes to play and get scritched. Now she's all social the original owners want to give her to their neice. I contacted my aunt who is a lawyer and the police and there is nothing I can do. It came down to they have the paperwork for her and I don't. I've just been the cheapest trainer and boarding house ever! But I lost her and I wrote this care sheet for her and sent her with a box of food and treats. And I know where said girl lives and I will be visiting and hoping they get tired of her and send her back to me. But this has spurred me to make a website and a mini book to give to pet stores and others who sell Chinchillas to give to their customers for free. I will be adding this site as a link to good info and people who can help. Thank you everyone ahead of time for all your help!

posession is 9 tenths the law. if they relinquished her to you she was yours unless there was an agreement they could have her back.

Agreed, but as said a lawyer and the police have already been brought into this and no such luck. Sad and I've been very upset about it. But about the use of pictures...
