Manna PRO and SHO

I am switching my chin to Manna Sho, but how interchangeable are they? I know that I must do a slow switch since I am switching from Oxbow, but if I go to the store and they have Pro but not Sho, can I use that until they get Sho? Or will that cause problems?

I find that chins can switch pretty easily/quickly from Pro to Show. In fact, they eat more of it....I think it smells better to them. I have had no problems transitioning quickly over three days.
