From the Oxbow newsletter:

"The last week of June marked the first cutting and harvest of the Timothy fields near Oxbow. We were extremely pleased with this year's crop. Following several great drying days, we spent three long days baling and putting up the hay. For those of you who have ever wondered what goes into harvesting Timothy, we decided this year to chronicle it with photos. To view photos of the different phases of harvest, visit Oxbow's Facebook page:

I used a friend's. I wasn't thrilled by their choice of a venue.

I don't have a facefook account, so I can't view it.

They don't cost anything and you never have to use it. If you want to see it, sign up.

There are a ton of us from CnH on there. :)

...and there are those of us who are ornery and refuse to enter the digital "share my life story with everyone on a site that keeps all rights to it" battle. :p

They need to be a real company and do it on MySpace too, or better yet, <ghasp!> their OWN company server. What a concept.

I thought Oxbow bought from various suppliers throughout the year, it's cheaper than storing your own hay. Perhaps they've changed strategies.

I caved! I've been asked by family and friends for years to get on facebook and it took this forum for me to do it. Thanks Peggy! It freaked me out when I saw pages of faces from the past asking me to add them or skip while setting up my profile.

Anyway cool pics from Oxbow's facebook site!

If people were dying of thirst and only my personal information on facebook would save them, they'd be dead. Unless you consider "the bird" to be personal or the fact that I listed myself as involved (Gerard, of course), I doubt anybody is going to figure jack out from me.

Oh, I guess they might figure out I play mob wars, but I can live with that. :)

Here are few for those w/o facebook accounts:
