Making a sleeping cube, having a little issue.

So I've basically got all of the sides done, but before I connect them I don't know how to get a hole for the chins to get inside, any one who has made these before have any ideas?

put a hole in one of "solid" pieces

I understand that but I couldn't figure out how to make the hole so that way it's stable and no stuffing is falling out... :/

You need to use some type of seam binding to go around the edge of the hole opening. You can do by hand, but much neater if you have a machine.
