Lump on neck

This morning I woke up to find a lump on Sprocket's neck.

She seems to be acting normal: responding to us and even enjoying some scritches!

I thought it was just fur, but it feels like a lump. Any ideas on what it could be?

I am planning on taking her to the vet today or tomorrow (when I can get in).
