I love how deep-chested dogs (we have an Italian Greyhound mix) always seem most comfortable when they're sleeping on their back with all four feet in the air. We'd definitely come up and say hi to your handsome boy at the park.

It's funny when we take him to a busy area - half the people flock to him, and the other half make sure they don't get anywhere near us. If they only knew that he is a kitten! But my husband hates it when I tell people how sweet Spartan is, he wants people to think that they better not mess with us!

I'm a crazy dog lady. I'll walk up to any "aggressive dog" owner and ask to say hi, but I won't go within 5 feet of the average toy breed without an invitation. It's good for the animals to meet friendly strangers that aren't scared of them, and it's good for our dog to meet friendly larger dogs too, but I'm not going to risk either of us being bitten by a poorly-trained "purse alarm" that someone thinks is cute when it acts like Kujo. :impatient:

He is so pretty. I've always loved the look of a dobe. Just something about them, makes them look so regal. How can someone run the other way when they see him? You just wanna cuddle him!!
