We lost a good friend of our suddenly a couple weeks ago. He was 46 and healthy. Had been to the hospital prior to his passing and passed all the stress tests for his heart and health. He was having pain in his shoulder for a few weeks and other wise healthy. A few weeks back he got up in the night to take some Advil and laid on the sofa as to not keep his wife awake. He died there of a heart attack. Even as I write this I cannot even share with you how terrible the burden of sorrow was for all of us. Friends, children, wife, mother, father, siblings. I held up my husband in the darkest times helping him cope with the loss of his friend. There are some people so precious, so inspiring, so darned wonderful that I often wonder if the creator takes them back so soon because he can't wait to have them in his presence again. We buried Mike on top of a beautiful mountain near West Virginia. I closed my eyes during the service and heard the lambs calling for mom's and the sounds of song birds everywhere on the mountain top. Let your heart be light and many blessings to you and yours.
