Lipped Shelves?

I know some of you have shelves with a raised lip around the outer edges, so I wanted to ask, are they really helpful at keeping the poops in the cage? Keith is gonna make me new shelves at some point, and I'd like lipped shelves if they help keep mess in.

Thanks, but I already know where I can buy them, but I don't have to worry about that. My boyfriend is gonna make me shelves. I want to know how well they work. If it's just as much of a mess, I'm not gonna put him through the aggravation.

In my experience they worked pretty darn good keeping the poo in...maybe a few here and there obviously but that's it.

Poops will still get out but WAYYY less

Definitely go for the edging if you can! It keeps in a LOT of the mess.

It does ok in my cages with one chin, but in the ones with multiples, I still have a lot on the floor. & many of them just decided to chew the lips down anyway, so it's like they never existed.....
