Legislation about breeding

I don't know if this is true or not, but I got an email and it says it's from quality cage (and I have ordered from them a few times) and there is this link (posted below) about a law they want to put into affect which will affect the breeding of animals (people not being able to breed). I don't know if it's for all over or just certain states or if in fact it is really true. So just in case that it is true I am putting the link in here.

There have been a million threads posted on this one already. Please see the chit chat section, where there is a HUGE thread about it already.



As a side note, this is a great time for people to use the search feature. It's better to have all the information in ONE localized thread, vs 5 hundred threads.
