I was just there yesterday to buy some quilt fabric for liners I was making. they have a 40% of any one reg priced item. got 7 yards of quilt.

but i did find out something funny with joann's....i went this past saturday picked out 3 print fabrics and 3 solids to match for liners. turns out even though i picked in the sale section i managed to get 3 misplaced prints that weren't on sale. didn't know this til after they were cut, so I said i was sorry and i didn't want those for 12.99, I ment to get the 4.99 prints. they said it was no problem and took them back. WELL - when I went yesterday in their "scrap" fabric section they had all three of those prints i originally had cut wrapped. a sales women told me they were "odds & ends" and therefore it was all discounted 75% off. so yay got what I originally wanted for only 3 bucks and change. then I scooped up a few more cute prints that were in that section for anywhere from $.52 to $1.50.

i get stuff from the scrap bin sometimes too! especially beneficial when you have a coupon for 10 or 20% off total purchase.
