It's All Shelly's Fault

That I was an hour late for work today. She really did not want me to leave. Everytime I walked by her cage there was a nose sticking out, or a paw holding onto the bars. She was looking at me with big sad eyes. So it is not my fault that I let her out to play for a little bit. It's all Shelly's fault I was late.

Yes I know I'm a sucker. I'm also aware that she has me wrapped around her little paws.

heehee I get that way too sometimes when I look at their sad little eyes. But then i tell them im going to work because i need to buy them more wood to chew, so then they understand and its all good.

It's just so hard to leave her when she looks so cute. She knows how to get to me. When I let her out she jumped in my arms and let me cuddle with her. Shelly's got my number. If she cuddles I will give her anything she wants.

Mine give me the saddest begging looks when they're back in their cage and playtime is over. It's hard not to give in and let playtime go on until 3am...4am. They really know how to manipulate us with their cuteness!

I'm so glad to hear that I'm not the only one who has been late to work because of their chins being more lovable and snuggly and hard to leave. My boss thinks I'm a nut job, but so what -- I AM!!!

I've never been that late for something but the girls have definitely caused me to be late for work before. Especially when Lily has floppy sleepy ears and makes little chirping noises at me, I can't help but give in to her. Glad I'm not the only one.

Listen, I got off the toll road and pulled into a parking lot because I was getting the puppy dog eyes from CJ, so I totally understand the tardiness issue that you had! I swear sometimes if my hubby could read these threads.... oy!
