Is this toy safe for chins?

I found this at a pet store, its not for small animals but for cats, I would take the ball out thats inside but the rest of it is just latice. Is that ok or no?

It looks like a vine ball, but no way of knowing if it was bleached and processed. I'd probably stick to sites that say all natural myself. You can generally find them under bird supply parts if you google bird related toy sites.
 
alright, Its no big deal if its a no go.Im just trying to find something I can get at the store. Just a hassle sometimes to keep buying stuff off the internet. Thanks!
 
I hear you! Why don't you check your area and see if they have any bird stores? A lot of those toys could possible work as chinchilla toys.

Is there any websites that have approved bird toys that can work? What should you stay away from? I work at a pets store and wasnt sure what toys would be ok?
 
...and plastic. Some say leather, others say it's ok. There are a few vendors on here that cater to chinchillas toys, and in a lot of cases cheaper than bird toys. I know I have a few of the screaming monsters (birds) Way cheaper to keep chins vs birds! lol
