Is this fungal infection on feet?

My little Roo has pink patches on the tops of his feet.Not sure if it is fungal or not.This just showed up within the past week.Only thing different is that he is in a new FN and out of my melamine cage.Since moving to the new cage,he hangs out all the time in his tube and hammock which he never used when in his old cage.I have Blu-kote and tinactin powder for the dust bath mix.I just don't want to treat unless it is fungus so I figure you guys can tell me.I tried to get the best pics I could!

:bump1: I forgot to add that there is no bleeding or drainage,that tile he is on is cherry marble so it just looks like blood.

It's hard for me to tell, especially since I've never dealt with fungus, but I know one of my girls has that little spot of fur missing on her back feet and it's not a problem. On the front paw it almost looks chewed off, the way it's rough on the end.

Hopefully someone else will chime in too

I'd put blue-kote on it, if it isn't fungal it is at the very least irritated/inflamed and red. If it's a skin infection blue-kote will take care of that too.
