Possible photo coming soon!!!

Since I got my two boys I´ve fallen completley in love with them and they have become such a huge part of my daily routine that I can´t picture life without them and it´s a possibility that the family could get a little bigger this Christmas!

We´ve had to deal with a few vet visits and medication issues these past few weeks which has cost a bit of money, I thought this would put my boyfriend off the possibility of more chins forever (combined with the fact that he has to get up at 6am every day to help me with the treatments) but he actually seems to like them more now and over the last few days he´s been mentioning a specific chin that we have seen for sale (I´m always on the classifieds for EVERYTHING) and he has just been randomly saying stuff like òh, that little tan guy for sale a few hours away is cute, isnt he?` Maybe it´s just wishfull thinking but he may be sounding me out to see what I think about adding to the chin clan. The tan boy IS very cute, four years old with a pink nose like a little piggie!

The timing would be great since we will have a spare cage in a week or so since Dragon and Silver are being upgraded to a massive custom built cage complete with lots of soft fleece for Silver´s sore feet. The cage they are in now meets the legal requirements for two chins and I think the new one is legally big enough for four or five (I´ll only be keeping two in it, so they will have soooooo much space) I´m still pretty new to chins but I´m certain I could handle three since our house is big enough to do a proper quarantine and I dont mind dealing with the mountain of poop that greets me every morning and night.

Anyway, fingers crossed for a chinny christmas!
Matt bonding with Silver after medicine time-no hard feelings!

I love chinnies too.. i fell in love right away when i got mine.. i think their the cutest things around! they remind me of little fat balls with teddy ears.. well my abby looks like that sometimes when shes standing up! your chinnie is so cute!!

Thanks! Silver stands up a lot and he is the fattest little thing ever, it´s adorable. Matt mentioned the chin for sale again today, don´t want to get my hopes up though ;) If it were up to me I would have a lot more animals than I do since I love caring for them so much and getting to know them all and have a keen interest in exotics. I won´t be too disappointed if we dont end up getting the chin, my two boys happy and healthy is all I really need for christmas.

The new cage is about half done, It´s going to take up a whole side of the chin room which I´m really pleased about, we just need to add the pine shelving and wire to the doors and it´s all done!

Awww i love when they stand up.. thats why abby's nick name is meatball! shes so fat and round LOL.. almost every time i look at her shes eating hay or in the pellet bowl. Here's a picture of her when she was like 2.. you can see her chubby ball body good here! lol

Awww, pebbles is adorable, you´re very lucky!

Hmmm, my boyfriend said that today he saw on the breeders site that the tan chin has been reserved, I was all like òh, I hope he gets a good home´

My home, hopefully, hehehehe.

I´m trying to not getting my hopes up since I feel lucky to have two amazing boys and that´s would always be enough for me.

I´ve already told him that I want hammocks, tunnels, chinny toys and apple sticks for my present this year rather than clothes and half my christmas money has already gone into them. So spoilt!

LOL it´s funny, isn´t it? My chins get way more mail than I do, they have been averaging a package a week of various bits and pieces. I have friends from Australia coming to stay with me over the Christmas holidays and I´m pretty sure they will think I am mad for fussing over them like I do and putting presents for them under the tree ;)

Are you getting Fluffy anything special?

i haven't decided yet. but i know she'll have quite a few packages coming in in december. toys (2 boxes), fleece, and food.
