Is she okay?

My hedgehog is a 5 or 6 month year old female. Over the past two weeks she has lost some quills. I want to make sure she is quilling, and does not have any other infections (mites, ect). So if anyone has any information please help!

Loss of quills can be due to lots of things - quilling when their younger, stress, illness, injury, mites, bacterial infections, nutritional issues...

Let me try to get a better picture of what's going on: How many quills are you finding? Do you see areas where new quills are growing back in? Is her quill coverage thinning out? Bald spots?
How's everything else: eating, drinking, pooping, activity level, attitude & behavior - any changes to those? Around the time you started seeing quills fall out?

Also, is she scratching much?
