I just have to say I never thought I would would a chin. Getting Shelly has been the best decision I ever made. I had no idea a small silly little puff ball could bring me such joy. I find myself at work zoning out thinking about her. I'm excited when I get home because I get to let her out of her cage and watch her run. I'm done blabbing. Just had to share how much I love my little Shelly. Yes I know I'm a dork. :)

Chins are like potato chips, [to some people] - you can't have just one!
Many have caught the addiction!
To voice your feelings doesn't make you a dork - join the club!

I know!! I feel the same way about my little man. I never thought he would make me this crazy about him, but he has. I had no idea how funny these little critters are. I take tons of pictures of him and post them on my facebook and feel like a dork!! Sometimes I also just feel like telling people I LOVE MY CHIN!! But nobody gets it except the people on here :p

LOL, they are like potato chips. I want another Chin sooooo bad... but since I am new to the Chin world, and we just got Stormie, I know it is best that we hold off *sigh*

They are like potato chips!! I would love to get Shelly a buddy but now is not the time. I knew you guys would understand how I feel.

I know, I find myself sometimes leaving friend's houses early because I really wanna go home and play with Chloe haha.

I don't really feel particularly like I want other chins, so I guess I can't relate to the potato chip analogy. I want another one if it'll make my chin and the new one have a better life but I don't really have a preference personally.

They definitely have a way of sucking you in...all that fun and cuteness in a furry little package, what could be better? :)

Welcome to the club!

You know...there's nothing wrong with just keeping one chinchilla and spoiling just that ONE chin. :) Sometimes I wish that I had done just that. Then I realize that I NEED all the chins. They're my babies and I love them and they give me lots to do. :D

And, you aren't a dork. Well, at least not to me.

I love spoiling my little puff ball. I just replaced her tube because her butt won't fit in it. She loves her new tube and love watching her sleep in it. She is my baby and any spare spending money I have goes right to her.

I know how you feel. When I first got my two girls I kept thinking about them while I was in school and couldn't wait to get home and put Hayley to bed to get them out for playtime.

When I have a test to study for I find myself standing by their cage explaining that I promise to give them a super long playtime the following night if they won't be mad at me for not getting them out that night.

Last night at playtime Phoenix was following me around like a puppy and standing on her hind legs looking at me, waiting for me to sit back down. :)

I know how you feel. I have lots of pets but there is something special about Edgar and chinchillas in general. He's just the cutest little guy you ever saw and I could go on for pages about his cuteness. Like you many in my life don't understand but I know Edgar is wonderful and don't mind being labeled crazy for always talking about him.

To me they could be like potato chips as I sometimes dream of showing Edgar to see if he's breedable. Of course I have to bring myself back to earth since I don't have the resources or knowledge.
