ok so our room is huuuge and when we let the little buggers run around they get so scared because we have to catch them and i hate scaring my babies.
soes anyone know of a cheap fence i can get somewhere close to me?? or atleast what i could use?? and im kinda short on money too so it cant be super expensive.
let me know :)

I have heard of people using tall cardboard and folding it up when not in use. Maybe you need to chinproof a smaller area like a hallway, bedroom or bathroom. Don't forget to keep away electrical cords. They might chew on them and get shocked. And they still need 100% supervision-little goofballs.

Since we don't know where you are, or how many chins you have, the best I could suggest is to go on Craigslist and try to find an old playpen, line the inside with chicken wire, from your local Home Depot, attatched with fine mechanics wire - you'd be good to go!
You could put fleece over the pad, to protect it!

Cardboard is the cheap way to go! Call appliance stores and see if they have any stove/fridge boxes you can use. Use reinforced tape to hold pieces together.

Before I got my chins' current cage, they were in one of those large super pet ferret homes that I found from a bird lady on craigslist for $20. When I got their new cage, I disassembled the superpet one and connected the various panels at the ends with some jewelry/craft wire that I had laying around the house (old twist-ties from garbage bags or newspaper bags would've done just as well). It's essentially the same as the 3' tall playpens you see online for upwards of $60-$80, but the panels are mismatched size and it's MUCH cheaper. I like it better than going the cardboard route in that I won't really have to replace the panels and I can hang their water bottle and some toys as if they were in their cage, though the cardboard would be significantly easier to move and store. Just an idea :)
