I made her a cuddle buddy

I've just run Poppy up a little cuddle buddy - its the first time I've done sewing since I was at school and studied (very loose sense of the word) home economics - I was rubbish at it then and I've not improved in the last 14 years.

Just wondering how many cuddle buddies your chins have? I was thinking I'd need at least 2 so there's something to snuggle into when the other is in the wash.

Winston has two cuddle buddies, for the simple reason you stated. One is in the wash, so he has the other one to cuddle with!

:hilarious: no way! Its so basic my 5 year old could probably do better! I made it out of one of my daughter's old fleece pyjamas and stuffed it with the cut up left overs - is just a square(ish) block, I figure I'll get more adventurous as time goes on... and when I'm a domestic goddess I'll be sure to post those pictures

Mine are in shapes of hearts. Some people make animal shapes, like teddy bears, but cubes are also a popular option, and so are pillow shaped buddies.

they are very cute and i think the different shape kind of makes them more huggable almost.
