Okay I promised after Moonlight was cancelled that never again was I going to go all out for a new show, yet here I am falling into my insane behavior for the reboot of Hawaii 5-0. I was totally sceptical at first. I was like, even if Alex O'Loughlin (hottest, sexiest man on the planet--he!! in the universe) is in it I don't think it's going to be as good as the original. I mean come on people Jack Lord as Steve McGarrett was freaking awesome. Then I saw who would be supporting cast: Daniel Dae Kim, Grace Parks, Scott Caan and I thought hey maybe it won't be so badd--and Scott Caan is playing Danno and I can get into that. THEN I saw a trailer for the show and I was like WOW! Alex in a body armor with a big gun looking like he did in his amazing stint on The Shield, Grace Park the tough surfer chick who can really kick some butt, and Scott Caan as the New York transplant to sunny Hawaii and I thought YES! This could work--YES This IS going to work!
I found out they are taking CSI Miami out of it's Monday 9pm slot and moving Hawaii 5-0 there. I of course asked Nina Tassler to have Hawaii 5-0 follow NCIS and NCIS Los Angeles, but she never listens to me, but I thought okay the Monday night slot might be okay. So now I'm back doing what I did with Moonlight people! I'm researching who's writing for Hawaii 5-0, I'm researching to see who the showrunner is going to be, I'm researching the Nielsen numbers for Castle which it's up against.
OMG seriously I need an intervention! But since Alex is involved I'm not going to go to freaking rehab!
I need some kind of a life, but again because Alex is involved, I don't want a life without him in it! LOL
Here we are on the beach! I'm glad we're moving to Hawaii! Book 'em Danno!
