My friend Dawn's Husband wanted to surprise her, so he had us fly out to surprise her. You should have seen her face when we got off the air plane! She thought it was going to be her brother in law.

Yea I am pretty happy he didn't step on it as well. He has a nack for finding things that bite. This one didn't rattle or anything, so it was a bit unexpected.

We are going out again tonite to see what we can find.

I usually end up climbing something when I see one...like up onto my car or up on a bench...those rattlers scare the tar out of me. Oh, I don't just climb up on something, I scream and scream and scream. Then my husband comes out with the shotgun and kills the snake. I know that sounds mean, but they are dangerous and will come back.

Be really careful. Don't try to go near the javelinas if you see any, stay away from other mammals. It isn't nearly as bad where you are as it is here...but treat all the animals like they have rabies.

I don't plan on getting too close to anything. That is what the zoom is for on my camera haha!!!!


Dawn warned me about the piggies too. I haven't seen any yet but she did say to stay away from them if we see them.
