So a long time ago I remember trying some apple potato chip like things and I was trying to find those. I couldn't find them anywhere, but I did find some freeze dried apple crisps (http://www.brothersallnatural.com/c...l-Fruit-Crisps/Apple-&-Cinnamon-Fruit-Crisps/) but the packs are sooo small! I could eat like 34938 of these. Does anyone know anything similar that comes in bigger bags?

That's what I was thinking, Seneca. Funny, I volunteered at the food bank and nobody wanted them lol. You could get a food dehydrator and make your own cheaper.

Ah man, see I can't find the seneca chips anywhere! I found the straws at walmart, and they are good, but they don't have enough apple flavor for me! I am thinking about a dehydrator, are they easy to use?

The dehydrators are very easy to use, in fact. I have one and I dehydrate everything from apples to rose petals in it! I won mine playing Bunko a few years back, but I know Wal Mart has them and you can find them at most outdoors centers.

Dehydrators are wonderful things! I dry produce and herbs that would otherwise go bad. Apples are one of the best things to dry because they turn out to be so good.

I do the same thing and dry rose petals and other strange things. A few weeks ago someone gave me some flowers and I dehydrated them when they started to wilt a bit and made some potpourri. It's great to be able to do things like that. (I love my dehydrator!!)
