Who knows. They actually turn people away from volunteering with them... I checked with them last year and they said they had it covered. What big time shelter has it covered? I just don't understand how they don't have room for one more person to clean, give attention to the cats, give out food, and clean out litter boxes. Makes me sad for the animals.
