How do you make hidey houses?

I want to make Milo a hidey house for X-mas! But I need some kind of blue print to work off of

Unless you really have your heart set on making your own because you like new projects, it's really easier and equally cost-effective to purchase one. You'll need to buy the wood, sand it, cut the holes, etc. I haven't seen any blueprints to follow so I guess you could always go to a store that carries them and measure away. Also check the DIY thread about safe glues to use.
