Stewart and I went to pick up our Angel Food Ministries order today. We got 4 boxes, The Signature box which can feed a family of 4 for a week, The Bountiful Box--a bit larger than the Signature box, the fruite and veggie box and the steak box.

We got T Bones and Ribeyes in the steak box.
Apples, oranges, pears, fresh golden pineapple, apple sauce, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, carrots, cabbage and lettuce in the fruit and veggie box

Our meal boxes included, frozen peas and carrots, frozen corn, frozen green beans, hamburger, thick hamburger patties, brown and serve sausages, steak fajita meat, fajita veggies, frozen lasagna, battered & frozen chicken wings, fish nuggets, all beef hot dogs, chicken stir fry meal, chicken leg and thigh pieces, 2 packages of 16 bean soup mix, corn bread mix, sweet rolls, coffee cake, milk and eggs--we actually have 48 eggs in the house at the moment lol!

Anyway here is the freezer and the frig--I do a great job packing about 3 weeks worth of food into the freezer and frig after we pick up angel food so why the heck do I suck at tetris?

I love ordering from Angel Food! I spent $122 for all the food I got today and this will last Stewart and I for 3 weeks for sure and probably close to a month--it's really helped me save money on groceries!

Awesome! I get my groceries from a food co-op, too. I spend maybe half of what I would normally spend at the grocery and get twice as much. I got a case of pickling cucumbers...guess what that means? :D

It never hurts to save money...even if it means that I end up freezing and canning so much, that I have maybe six months worth of food in the house always. I have about 50 jars of applesauce I put up last month....etc etc etc.

I always thought co-ops weren't so much cheaper, specifically with the ones that sell all kinds of food...I don't know. I've never been in one. Most of the ones around me are only produce or something. And since I'm such a picky eater, I would probably not eat everything I got and it would be a waste. Plus, I would need to invest in a bigger freezer. Mine is usually full just with my roommates and I's bi-weekly groceries.

It's all in the thumb dexterity, by the way.

Nicely packed! :)
As for Tetris, the speed of the falling elements and your anxiety will get you. If you can remain cool-headed no matter what falls at you, you can kill Tetris, LOL
