How are these ingredients?

Hey, everyone. I found some new cat food, and I'm wondering how good it is. If you would, please tell what you think of it, and if I would even be able to feed this to my hedgehog and keep him healthy.

It's title is "Turkey and Giblets dinner" from EverPet, and it's a canned, moist food. I wrote down the first eight ingredients in order.

Crude Protein (min) 11.0% Crude Fat (min) 5.0% Crude Fiber (max) 1.5% Moisture (max) 78.0% Ash (max) 3.5% Taurine (min) 0.05%

Turkey, Liver, Meat By-Products, Turkey Broth, Poultry Giblets, Guar Gum, Dicalcium Phosphate, Potassium Chloride

I did a search for that brand name and came up with with very little, the top link was a complaint.

I then searched for those ingredients and they almost exactly match fancy feast turkey and giblet gourmet:
Turkey, liver, meat by-products, turkey broth, poultry giblets, natural and artificial flavors, guar gum, potassium chloride, salt,

Seems to me that this food is just a rebranded Fancy Feast.

Third ingredient is meat by-product. By-products are not that desirable, and what meat did they use?
