Homemade wheels

Has anyone ever made their own exercise wheels? If so, can you help me out on the how to's/supplies/pics etc? I went to a feed supply store and found something that looked perfect to use but don't know how.

The concensus sseems to be that home-made wheels are not very quiet. But if that doesn't bother you, here's some links which show some people with the homemade wheels. Not exactly a how-to (because I don't know how to make one), but I know some people just use feedpans, a lazy susan bearing, and (I assume) washers/bolts/wingnuts to attach the wheel to the cage.
