Hiccups?

Can chins get hiccups? Spooky was just drinking excitedly after her run and all of a sudden I heard a squeak like a hiccup and she stopped drinking. I ran to check on her and it didn't seem like she was choking or hurt but it definitely sounded like a hiccup.

yes chins get hiccups - don't know why but they do. I noticed that chins get just as annoyed with them as we do

It doesn't happen too often and only to a VERY few of my chins. It makes me nervous and first, until I realize it is the hiccups. The chins doing the hiccups are very annoyed by them (just like people) and it only last at the most 3-4-5 minutes

Can someone get this on video? Mine has never done it that I recall, but like almost everything harmless that chinnies manage to do, this sounds adorable.

This is too cute. The little noise that he makes after reminds me of when I have them for too long and make an annoyed grunting sound after.

I came to this post because I thought my chin had hiccups earlier. She didn't make the sound but it looked just like the video that was posted on here. That video cracked me up by the way...poor little things.
