Welcome. My first cage was similar to yours. I would put my chin into her carrier when cleaning. She was not a fan but she had no choice.
Well, I kind of bought Misty spur of the moment. I had been researching chins for a while, but my husband wasn't agreeing to getting one. One day he said yes, so I ran out of the house with my daughter and didn't look back!!!
Because of that, I ended up buying everything at the pet store, and that was the biggest cage they had. She deserves something bigger so I am excited about finding a CN cage on craigslist! I'll keep the old cage just in case.
