I'm now a new chinchilla owner as of a month ago. I own two male chinchillas which I have not decided names for yet (feel free to suggest some ideas).

• I'm Marina and I will be 17 in three weeks.
• I'm from Georgia.
• I've always been fascinated by chinchillas but never been able to get any. I lucked up when my friend's aunt decided she couldn't take care of her two anymore, so she passed them down to me for free.
• I'm not sure how old they are.. is there a way to determine this?

Welcome to the Community! Chinchillas are a major Joy to have around the house and this site has helped me a lot in guiding me to better care for my little Chinchilla. As for names, see what kind of personality each one has and determine a good name for them. My Fiancé named our little ball of fluff Chester as the first name that came to his mind because "he looked like a Chester" lol. Looking forward to seeing some pictures of your two boys.
