ChanandMon is short for Chandler and Monica, my pair of Chinchillas.

Haha yeah it's a trip to go see him, but whatever.

And thanks, Chandler got his name because Chandler the Chinchilla rolls off the tongue, and then I found Monica half price because the store didn't want to carry chinchillas anymore, so obviously she had to be Monica.

Dad is seperated, he's downstairs in the big cage, and I brought the baby and mom upstairs into my room. So far she's been a really good mother, it seems sometimes like they are bickering, she makes her angry noise at him but he's feeding regularly. He's the cuuuutest. I wasn't gonna keep any babies they had but I don't think I can get rid of him so as long as chandler will take him in, I'm gonna keep him.

I was planning on coming home to Winnipeg several weeks ago but then discovered that Gracie was expecting. Will now have to wait a few weeks before making the trip as I really don't want to leave while the babies need attention (and are so cute).
I can hardly wait to come home and do some of the fun things that can be done there. Big priority will be a trip up to Victoria Beach for a visit to the bakery, I need my smiley cookies

Does anybody know if it's normal for Mom not to be gnawing? She has plenty of wood, and she's pretty picky and doesn't like chewing on old wood so I've been giving her new ones, but she's paying them no attention.
