My husband had these pictures on his phone, not exactly the best quality, sorry, but the one in the blue cage is Jimmy when I first got him, I didn't know much about chins obviously and there have been a lot of changes made since that picture, including no more ramps, a different bed, and no more death ball (yup I had one unfortunately, luckily I never got around to using it). He was giving the evil eye because he was sleepy. Zim is the one peeking from the other cage. He is definitely harder to get pictures of, that was when we first got them. I bought them from Petsmart, but I consider them rescues because those were the last 2 chinchillas that store was going to sell. They had them crammed in an aquarium together with just a bowl of water and a handful of hay and nothing to chew on or play with. I bought Jimmy, fell in love and knew I had to have Zim. And let me tell you these guys love their dust baths and toys!
The other pictures, I know they obviously aren't chins but these are my two cats, I got them both from shelters. The white cat is my Persian mix Pearl, a real princess. The evil eye is the picture we took when she was at the shelter. She's 4 years old and came from an abusive home, it took months for her to not hide under our couch anymore. The dark tabby is Sherlock, he's 2, been in a shelter all of his life. We call him Sherlock because the first day we got him he figured out how to open the door of the room we had him in, and everytime we get something new he ALWAYS has to investigate.
