Help me please!

I went to the vet already adn they gave me anti-biotics for my adult male chinchilla but it doesnt seem to be doing anything! His nose is so snotty and he is constantly grunting. Please help. I have had this guy since he was two days old. Please help. PLEASE!

Do you have a nebulizer? I have used my mom's (she just loved that) when a chinchilla had a sinus infection here. A bit of saline misted not directly in the nose but near the nose can be helpful as well. How long has he been on the anti-biotics? and have you been giving the right dosage? What are the anti-biotics? and what was the diagnosis? These may help us help you.
Is he still eating, drinking and pooping?
