Hello
My name is Amy. I am married to Jacob, my wonderful husband. We have 4 children, all girls. Yes! They are a handful. They are all over the age of 13.
We are owners to a very furry family. Starting from the littlest animals:
20 Guppies(Realized Guppies produce faster then normal fish! Now just have all females) - 50 gallon tank
2 Betta - 2 separate 10 gallon tanks
1 Turtle - Henry
4 Chinchillas - Lucy, Devin, Desparux(Pronunced Des-Per-O), Jenny and Kyle(All Spayed and neutered)
4 Ferrets - Lucky, Barbra, Maggie and Smartie(All spayed and neutered)
6 Guinea Pigs: Abby, Abigail, Abe, Ace, Bambi and Barly(3 boys and 3 girls. All spayed and neutured)
4 Rabbits - Harmony, Halle, Hannah and Holly
2 Cats - Ariel and Apricot.
We have no dogs but are currently looking to place a puppy into our home(Girls have promised to take care of them).
Want to know where we keep them all? Well we currently live in a 5br, 5 bath home. Here are the room lay-outs:
Ferrets have their own room(Right temperature and any furniture was removed and the carpet was replaced by wood.)
Chinchillas have their own room(Right Temperature and any furinture was removed and the carpet was replaced by wood)
Rabbits have a re-modeled bathroom(Tile was replaced with wood. Everything was taken out and replaced with wood floors) which has a TON of accessories and room for them to play.
The rooms are always air conditioned and the rooms have really weird doors. We aren't for sure what they are called but you can open the top or bottom.
Guinea Pigs are kept in the girl's room.
When our daughters want to see what the animals are doing, they just open the top of the door to peek inside. But the doors are safety locked so when the animals are out for their playtime, they can't escape.
Trust me, we put a lot of money into our house and our animals. And trust me, it was ALL worth it.
Now, what I like to do? Bike Riding, Read on animals, Play with our animals, research dog breeds and a WHOLE lot more.
What do I do for a living? Well...I'm a stay-at-home mom for 15 years
