Hello from Texas!

Hi! I’m a new chinchilla owner from Texas!
His name is Mousey and he’s only 4-5 months old!
Unfortunately, he hasn’t been too well since I received him (skin condition and tummy issues)—but I’m hoping the vets can help figure out what’s going on.

Hi! I’ve been to 2 vets so far and both have pretty much given me the same answer, Revolution for mites but I really don’t think it’s mites. Ringworm test came back negative but the white crusts around his face and head leave me doubting. He also has lost fur in a circular patch at the top of his head. Not super satisfied with vets’ answers this far.
