I'm a new chinchilla mom. I have two females, Amelia and Ellie. I would love opinions on good chin toys( that my girls won't just destroy in 5min).

Any chin safe wood makes a good toy for chins. The thicker the pieces, the longer it takes to destroy. There is a list of chin safe wood under the FAQs. My chins enjoy apple, pecan, pear, and others. They also enjoy throwing hay cubes around and gnawing on them.
