I don't have any experience with chinchillas. I am from Brazil and they are not very common around here. I tell people I've adopted a chinchilla and the have no idea what I am talking about.
So I need thelp to provide the best for my chin, Penelope.

Thanks, I sure will ask a lot of things. I am in the dark here! People here don't know much about chins and neither do I. People in Brazil never know a lot about any pet in my opinion, but that's my opinion...

Pnelope's cage is really small. I'd like to know if there are minimum standard measures for 1 or 2 chins. I am oing to build my own cage.
I had to do it for my bunnies and guinea pigs, so I guess I won't find problems doing it for Penelope. I've searched around, but I can't seem to find the right measures.
Can you help me?
