Has anyone ordered from qualitymutationchinchillas.com?

Hi guys,

New chin owner here just wanted to ask if anyone has ordered from qualitymutationchinchillas.com recently? I been doing a lot of research on how to take good care of my chin and decided that I would get fleece cage liners and other fleece accessories for my chin. Now my question is does anyone know if qualitymutationchinchillas sends out confirmations on your orders, or tracking information when they ship orders? Its been 14 days since I placed mine and I haven't received my order or email about my order. I know they probably have a lot of holiday orders to process but Ive emailed several times in the past week ago and wrote a comment card however I still haven't received a reply. Has this happened to anyone else and doe anyone know another way to contact them besides their listed emails? (phone?)

That is from the website. Have you tried sending an email to [email protected]? Shahna is also a member on here and I'm sure she will see this post. If you put in a custom order of fleece, it will take longer than if you order the premade fleece.

Update-

All solved, Shahna sent me a confirmation about 20 minutes ago. Their having a super busy month and I guess it just took some time to reply. I cant wait for the items to arrive and upgrade and decorate my chins FN 182.
