Sasha I did get Mick St. John in the mail--only in the form of the Moonlight DVD set Stewart got for me for my birthday!

Thanks to all of you who wished me a Happy Birthday--I'm very, very grateful for the friendships I've made through simply being a chinchilla owner!

Happy birthday Laurie! I've only been talking to you for a few days I think, but you are really cool and an amazing person. I hope you had an awesome day full of friends, family and cake (that hopefully you didn't have to make yourself!).

Just wanted to let everyone know we had an awesome dinner out! Went to the local great rib place called Oh Dennis. Nel and Lisa had the ribs, I however, had the pork sirloin wrapped in bacon and soaked in pure maple syrup--yes on your birthday calories do not exist. Thankfully I have 6 days before weighing in again at Weight Watchers. The big surprise was the girls got me a cake! Nel caught a chocolate cherry cake for me knowing how much I loved Grandma's last birthday cake for me (black forest cherry torte) while it didn't come close to Grandma's cake it was delicious.

Lynelle told everyone it was my birthday and that I was 30/16. To which I immediately replied, yes and she turned 40 on the 31st! It was pretty funny.

I love my 2 sisters SO much. Mom figured since she and dad weren't invited we were going to talk about them lol! Seriously my parents are very happy they have 3 daughters who are so close to each other.

And mom sent me an Elvis ECard that read dad and I are your biggest fans Laur! Sometimes my mom really is the best in the whole world.

Again thanks everyone for such warm wishes!

Look how popular you are! Three pages worth of birthday greetings. I'm glad you had a good night with your sisters and had a wonderful cake, great dinner and excellent companionship. :heart3:
