I am just curious as to whether anyone had noticed a decline in fur quality in kits that had been handfed? I know it would be impossible to know what each kits fur would have been like had they not been handfed, but anyone have any input?

I have two Im finishing hand feeding and they look great but it got me wondering....

Nope, no difference for me. If I was inclined to take pictures I could show you two here that were hand fed because mom couldn't handle quads. You would definitely never know it either by size, or by fur quality.

No difference for me either. I showed both boys from different litters and they placed 1st and 2nd (being a baby) at the CA state show.

One of my 1b girls was handfed. I would guess as long as they are not ddeprived of nutrients it wouldn't change. Type of fur is genetic make up. As long as they get the nutrients they need in their diet it should be fine.
