Hammock size/length?

I've looked and looked in the forums, and I haven't found my answer to this specific question: how long and wide do the fleece hammocks need to be? I've seen some that are appropriate lengths for rats/gerbils/etc., but I didn't know if that goes for chinnies as well?

I don't know bout everyone else, but I typically make mine around 13-14 inches long and 13-14 inches wide (mine are just square, I'm not talented enough to do anything else).

Yeah, they need to be big. I made some that were only like 9inches long and the boys kept dropping a leg off the side so I had to take them out. Now the "hammocks" are pillows. lol
