No, it isn't. It's a cheap petstore brand of food that can lead to problems with dietary deficiencies resulting in fur loss, poor coat, skin issues and possible muscle loss. Since it is sold by petstores, it has probably been warehoused and on the shelf for months and months and is, most likely, stale by the time it is purchased by a chin owner.
I'd highly recommend going with a seller on here for food. Even with shipping, you will probably spend the same or maybe less on good, fresh food.
