So sitting here today noticing that the weather is getting warmer i had a thought come to me....
I don't know if it has been posted on here before, probably has, so sorry for that.
I have my chillers and my a.c. but since my a.c. isn't on yet and my chillers don't feel as cool as they should (hypothetically) and my mom hates the thought of me putting them in the freeze, could we put ice packs covered in chinny safe material in on the chillers to make them really chilled?

I don't know it was just a thought... Tell me what you think:)

If you want to chill them before you give them to the chin, you could throw an ice pack on it for an hour, and then give it to the chin. Make sure the tile isnt too cold. I keep 2 in the fridge just incase of an emergency, but not in the freezer.
I had my boyfriend make me a wood box that a tile goes over, and we put fleece covered ice packs in it.

The chin could not get to the ice packs, but I would never have left it unsupervised anyway. The tiles should be ok, if you cant put them somewhere cold.

I'm sure you could make a fleece cover for an ice pack but you have to be super sure they aren't chewing anything even remotely close to it. I wouldn't take the chance it it were me.

I don't understand the question? If it's too warm in the room that you need the marble tiles then you should have the a/c on. Otherwise if it's not warm then they wouldn't need the tiles..

You mean the marble isn't cold enough? I wouldn't worry about it. If it is cold enough in the room for the chins to be comfortable, they wouldn't want to lay on cold tiles anyway. The tiles probably don't feel cool to your hand as they might in say the summer, because the air is still cool, ya know? Not enough of a difference to feel it.

Speaking of which, I forgot, I freeze water bottles, and have fleece covers for them. They like to have them when they are done with playtime and played to hard. Again they are in special fleece covers and they are supervised with them, because the bottle will sweat and they need to be taken away.

As long as the room is a chin safe temp the tiles will be a few degree's cooler. I am sure they are fine.

The tiles in my cages stay there all the time. They are more of an option for the chins, not a necessity. I agree that trying to super chill them isn't a good idea because, it will create condensation.
I may be interpreting this wrong but, it seems that you live at home and your parents aren't trying to turn on the A/C just for the chin, right? I certainly understand that, my boyfriend hates traveling in the car with the chins because, I keep it so cold.
My house has central heat/air but, the vents stay shut in the chin room and they have a window unit to regulate the temperature. As soon as we get one warm day, their A/C goes on. It's been on for over a month already. My neighbors probably think I'm crazy.
