Just got home and the wife asks what I ordered for the chins on the internet!
Since I hadn't, and wasn't expecting anything, I opened the box -
what do I find - 2 - 26 oz. water bottles, [with the proper modifications!!] a sleep-n-ledge and a lava ledge!!
Guess it does pay to speak-up!!

Anyone else e-mail them about the water bottles???

It took over a month to respond, and I talked to her in person!
And I e-mailed her 3 times - maybe you've gotta become a P.I.A. to get anywhere! haha

What did you e-mail them about?

Problems with their water bottles - they wouldn't flow, unless you "start" them by bouncing them off the ball of your hand, letting the air into the bottle!
More importantly, there's no directions to do this!
Many have just pitched the bottle, instead of questioning what's wrong!
If you've had one with a problem, e-mail customer service, asking for a replacement!!

What modifications did they make?

They increased the size of the cap [inside] to the size of the nozzle, so there's no restriction for air to come up!
I did this to all mine when I discovered one hadn't dispensed water all night - you shoulda seen the looks I got from my chins!
That's why I now check them all after filling!

OT but,

How do you order things online from Super Pet? On their website it shows a shopping cart but I can't find any way to add things to the cart and they haven't responded to any of my several emails.
